Accident in Pogradec, vehicle hits elderly man delivering milk; 72-year-old in serious condition 

A car accident occurred at the entrance to the city of Pogradec near the "Gjergj Pekmezi" high school. A vehicle with Greek license plates hit 72-year-old Fiqiri Maxhari who was riding a bicycle, seriously injuring him.

Fiqiri Maxhari was transporting milk when the accident occurred. It is learned that he was urgently taken to the Pogradec hospital where he is receiving medical attention.

Fiqiri Maxhari has suffered multiple head injuries and other fractures in his body. He is receiving medical attention and will be assessed by doctors whether to leave for Tirana or not, as the elderly man's condition is serious.
