Journalist Etleva Delia has provided new details regarding the operation conducted by SPAK in the "Cold Water" area in Vlora, as part of the investigation into a criminal group.
Delia stated that one of the main characters in this investigation is Inez Hajrulla, who according to her is considered a highly dangerous person and who has escaped several assassination attempts in the past.
"I do not rule out the possibility of the operation being uncovered. The two main characters, Inez Hajrulla and his friend Ervis Matodoshaj, have not been found ," the journalist told "Abc News".
According to her, recent developments have also led to the unraveling of the murder of Gentian Qarri, an event that occurred in 2021 in Vlora.
"Despite the fact that there are 7 arrest warrants, there is still no official information about who shot him. The main suspicion for his murder is related to a shoplifting incident. According to the prosecution, the murder was solved by analyzing Flodian Plaku's phone," said Delia.
She also added that Flodian Plaku is suspected of having played a role in another serious criminal event, as according to investigations he may have been the executioner of Gentjan Bejtja.
