Lawyer Alban Qafa has raised another alibi related to the accusations against the historian Zyhdi Shehi, 78 years old, that he killed an old man with a cane in the asylum.

In a statement to the media, he states that Shehi, not only cannot shoot with a cane, but cannot even sign with a Styrofoam pencil, as he is sick with Parkinson's.

"He is sick with Parkinson's, he has not managed to sign even with a pen, but with an ink finger. It is a little surprising how a person with such a disease and no possibility of muscle movement could be beaten to death with a cane.

It belongs to the prosecution body to continue the investigation of what happened. I don't know who committed the murder. My client will stay in a psychiatric hospital with medication ", said the lawyer.
