Tragic in Dibër, the 16-year-old drowned in the HEC catchment

A 16-year-old drowned while bathing in the HEC catchment in the village of Çidhen in Dibra. The victim has been identified with the initials XH.H. 

While working on the full disclosure of the circumstances of the event.

"On 11.08.2024, around 11.00, in the waters of the water-collector of the power plant of the village of Çidhen, it is suspected that a citizen of about 16 years of age drowned himself while bathing.

The investigative group led by the Prosecutor's Office is working to fully clarify the circumstances of this event," the police announced.
