AMP has suspended 4 employees of the Peqin Police Station from exercising their duties and public services.
It is reported that the crime boss Shkëlzen Xemata has been arrested. The other three suspended policemen are Sefer Dushku, Arben Koseni and Aranit Koni.
Four police officers are accused of the criminal offense of "Misuse of duty" as they are believed to have allowed the citizen with the initials RB to cultivate narcotic plants in the apartment.
On September 13, this citizen was arrested by the DVP Elbasan for the criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotic plants", as cannabis sativa plants were found in his apartment during the search.
"The Police Surveillance Agency (Elbasan - Korçë Region) in cooperation with the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, has executed personal security measures with a prohibitive character "Suspension of the exercise of a duty or public service" against 4 employees of the Peqin Police Station suspected of the criminal offense "Abuse of duty".
