An Albanian businessman has been arrested by the Turkish police on charges of fraud. The businessman's name is Dionis Shaholli. It is learned that Shaholli, who was an Albanian citizen in his passport, was also a Russian citizen and bore the name Khamzat Ismailov. However, another claim that emerged surprised those who heard it. It was claimed that this suspect was actually Azad Isayev, a businessman of Azerbaijani nationality, whose relationship with popular Azerbaijani singer Röya was once reported in the media. The public prosecutor's office after two different complaints of fraud and threats initiated in Bakırköy and Küçükçekmece in Istanbul launched an investigation. The person who was denounced was Dionis Shaholli, a foreign businessman who did international transport business in Istanbul. Shaholli, who was initially seen to be of Albanian nationality in his statement to the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in Kuçukçekmece, also revealed his Russian identity. While the identity was being examined whether it was fake or not, Shaholli said in his statement that he was also a Russian citizen and his name was Khamzat Ismailov. When questioned, Shaholli denied the allegations of fraud. A judicial control order was issued for Shaholli, who was taken to the Kuçukçekmeçe court.
Shaholli, who was released under a judicial control order, was this time sent to the Bakirköy Court for the other charge. He said that he had an emotional relationship with Ayşe S.Ö., who also complained about him to the prosecutor's office and court in Bakırköy, and that she gave him the money she had borrowed. He called Ayşe S.Ö. and claimed that he did not threaten her. He also said in this court that Shaholli is a Russian citizen and his name is Khamzat Ismailov. The court in Bakirköy issued an arrest warrant for Shaholli, whose ID card issued by the Russian Federation was found in his home.
During the questioning at the prosecutor's office and the hearing at the court, another shocking claim about Shaholli came out. It is suspected that Shaholli is actually Azad Isayev, a businessman who was wanted by Azerbaijan on a red notice for a period of time on fraud charges. When I was a child they called me Azad.
