4 tons of cocaine were seized from the group of Palurent Dervishaj and businessman Artur Hoxhosmani in Belgium in April 2020. The file obtained by Report TV also reveals communications between them on SkyECC, where Dervishaj and Hoxhosmani discuss a 'scam' person who would traffic cocaine to Belgium.

The drugs were hidden in wooden pallets, but the port employees have raised suspicions and have checked the driver's vehicle, and have asked him about the phone with which he communicated, but then they have let the driver leave, so they have expressed suspicions that they have been keeping him under surveillance.

In the communication developed between the persons under investigation Artur Hoxhosmani and Plaurent Dervishaj , on 21-29.4.2020, not only their acquaintance but also their involvement in the illegal criminal activity of drug trafficking was evidenced. During the communications, the suspect Plaurent Dervishaj asks his other associate Artur Hoxhosmani about the price that the narcotics that would be sent to the person called "durrsaku" (unidentified), could go for, as he would communicate with a person in Brazil and hoped that he would do some work, but initially he would try it with a small amount of narcotics. They then discuss the obligations that the other person has, the moment when the repayment of the obligations should be requested and talk about the amount of narcotics of the other person under investigation Erion Alibej (Crimea).
Analysis of the communications of the persons in my case shows that on the same day, 28.4.2020, a quantity of narcotics was seized from the suspect Artur Hoxhosmani in Belgium, camouflaged in the same way, in wood (this fact attributed in the second episode). They discuss the seizure of a quantity of 4 tons of cocaine-type narcotics two days before the communication, and consequently, according to him, they have put all the ships in the scanner, where the suspect Plaurent Dervishaj confirms the quantity of 811 pieces that were in that cargo, but at the moment that the truck driver went to pull the "goods" he suspected the behavior of the port employees because they had ordered him to go to the scanner, therefore, at this moment, according to the suspect Plaurent Dervishaj, he managed to throw away the phone with the application of the encrypted platform Sky Ecc.
Afterwards, the port employees checked the driver's vehicle and asked him about the phone he had been using to communicate, but then let the driver leave, and expressed suspicions that they were keeping him under surveillance. They then discuss where they would send the cargo, as well as the procedures that were being taken by the Dutch authorities to notify the transport company about the suspicions of the presence of the Markot substance, and tell the suspect Artur not to worry as they would recover the loss very quickly. Furthermore, the communications are as follows:
Artur Hoxhosmani: Don't ask, brother, they're definitely caught
Plaurent Dervishaj: Don't worry brother, I have something to do.
Artur Hoxhosmani: He hasn't written to me yet, but he's done the work.
Plaurent Dervishaj: They have seized 4 tons, it will be there, they put all the ships in the scanner, 811 pieces, the driver went to pull it and since he liked the behavior, he threw the scanner. They said we will go to the scanner and they checked the car and they said where is the other wire. They said there is no wire except this one, they told the driver to leave, I believe they are keeping it. Now I believe they will take the box to the company and wait, I will notify the company that has the goods, the state. Because they have not communicated anything to the company either. Don't kill me, he said we are zero, he said. We will recover it very quickly, he said.
