A quantity of explosives exploded around 05:00 this morning, November 28, outside a bar.
It is learned that the bar is owned by 40-year-old Armand Xhaferraj. The explosive was placed on the outside door and caused damage to two adjacent businesses, a parking lot and an auto parts business.
" On 28.11.2023, around 05:00, a notification was received that on "Sali Butka" street, in the exterior of a bar used by citizen Armand Xhaferraj, 40 years old, it is suspected that explosives exploded, and how the result is only material damage" , informs the police.
It is learned that Xhaferraj had rented the premises. It is suspected that the explosive was placed on the 40-year-old after a dispute over the land in front of the bar, which serves as a parking lot in the 10-story building that was gutted by flames near the former bus park.
The investigative group is working to clarify the circumstances of the event, identify and capture the author/s.
