Details from the tritol explosion in Shkodër, the cameras caught the masked author, Judge Sterkaj: I have no idea who it could be!

The police of Shkodra are already convinced that putting the quantity of explosives in the house of judge Tonin Sterkaj is intentional.

So far, there are no suspects, but according to security camera footage, a person can be seen walking, leaving the quantity of explosives and also walking away through the alleys.

Judge Tonin Sterkaj said that he has no idea who the author could be. 

The perpetrator is wearing dark clothes and masked on the top of his head. Investigators are focused on verifying security cameras in a further range to locate the perpetrator. On the other hand, Judge Sterkaj has not helped the investigators much to give them a clear direction of the investigations, since he does not know who could be the author.
