The police have prosecuted the owner of the kindergarten "4 stinët" in Tirana, where a 3-year-old girl was raped by the teacher.
The procedure has started for Daniel Danushi, since this garden turned out to be without a license.
Police notification:
Specialists of the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes of the DVP Tirana have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana, where the criminal proceedings have started for the citizen Daniel Danushi, 45 years old, resident of Tirana, for the criminal offenses "Unlicensed exercise of financial activities", "Concealment of income", and "Non-payment of taxes and duties".
This citizen has practiced without the relevant license, the activity in a kindergarten, on "Ali Demi" street, Tirana, and has hidden the income gained from this activity.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions.
