Asqeri Mandri, the 34-year-old man who raped and kept his wife isolated at home, spoke to the police after his arrest. Mandri said: "This is how the brain gave me".
The 34-year-old resident of Kodër Institut had shown signs of violence as soon as he returned from Germany.
In each room, he had placed 3 cameras in different angles, including the premises outside.
He continues to be unemployed after returning from Germany, while initially he tried to prevent his wife from working, who initially did not go to work for 2 weeks out of jealousy, but has returned.
