Three people have been arrested and two others are wanted after they clashed with a 48-year-old man in Durrës.
According to the police, they hit the latter with hard objects and one of them also fired a gun into the air.
Those arrested are Gentian Zeneli, Jolanda Zeqiri and Spiro Shore. Hamdi Llana and Klajdi Senko are wanted.
"The operational room of the Durrës Local Police Directorate received a report that in neighborhood no. 18, several citizens were in conflict with each other and shots were fired. After receiving the report, the Police services immediately went to the given address in order to prevent the escalation of the conflict and arrest the perpetrators.
The citizens involved in the conflict, who are suspected of having fired weapons during the conflict, when they noticed the Police services, quickly left in a vehicle. They have been identified and declared wanted, specifically citizens Hamdi Llana and Klajdi Senko.
Following investigative actions, the following citizens were arrested:
Gentian Zeneli, 48 years old, resident of Durrës, for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime".
Spiro Shore, 38 years old, resident of Durrës, for the criminal offenses "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth" and "Failure to report a crime".
Jolanda Zeqiri, 26 years old, resident of Durrës, for the criminal offense "Actions that hinder the discovery of the truth".
"It has also emerged from the actions that citizens Hamdi Llana and Klajdi Senko, who have been declared wanted, have clashed for weak motives with citizen Gentian Zeneli, whom they have damaged with hard objects and during the conflict they have fired firearms in the air to threaten him. The procedural materials have been passed to the Durrës Prosecutor's Office for further action," the police announced.
