Two people have been declared wanted in Saranda after they raped 49-year-old businessman Arben Çipa with iron bars.
Police report that the aggressors caused bodily injuries to the businessman. According to the police, it is suspected that the incident was the result of a previous conflict.
"Saranda-Crime Investigation Specialists at the Saranda Police Station have declared citizen Xh. M., 34 years old, wanted for the criminal offense of "Intentional Serious Injury", committed in collaboration, as it is suspected that at around 20:30, in neighborhood no. 2, together with two other citizens still unidentified, he hit citizen LM, 42 years old, with hard objects, sticks and iron bars, causing bodily harm.
Investigations suspect that the incident occurred as a result of a previous conflict during the day, on "Lefter Talo" street, between citizens LM and FM, 46 years old (uncle of citizen Xh. M.), against whom criminal proceedings were also initiated for the criminal offense of "Other intentional damage".
"Work continues to arrest the suspected citizens involved in this incident ," the police announced.
