The police have carried out inspections in the homes of three persons wanted for the violence against lawyer Sokol Mêngjesi, but none of them have been found.

There are doubts that after the violence Elton Kasaj, Drivald Alia and Romario Tabaku may have fled out of Tirana.

This has led the police to extend checks in various cities such as Puka, Shkodra (border area with Montenegro) as well as in Kukës near the customs point as there are suspicions that they may try to leave the country.
