A day ago, the employee of the Guard of the Republic, Ylard Lala, the son of the businessman, Ymer Lala, was handcuffed.
The latter was arrested after being caught in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses "Organization of unauthorized lotteries", "Making facilities available for the organization of games of chance" and "Unauthorized possession and production of cold weapons".
Lala managed a bar on Andon Zakon Çajupi street, where during the controls, 7 other people were discovered in the act who were playing at the poker table.
Other persons were criminally prosecuted, among them was a girl.
According to the police, Ylard Lala, 24 years old, a resident of Tirana, is accused of the criminal offenses of "Organizing or practicing gambling activities in violation of the law" and "Making premises available for illegal games", provided for by articles 197 and 197 of the Criminal Code.
