Pain and the demand for justice dominate the Goxhaj family in Memaliaj, a week after the murder of 30-year-old Endri Goxhaj. His shocked parents recount the difficult moments and the life of sacrifices that, they say, was destroyed in a single day.

His father, Astrit Goxhaj, an invalid, says that he made every sacrifice to raise his son, working even in difficult conditions.

"I collected flowers in the mountains to grow," he tells "TCH," emphasizing that every effort had a goal: "to provide a better future for Endri." Today, he says that after his son's murder, "everything has been destroyed for me" and demands that the perpetrators be brought to justice.

The young man's mother, in tears, also demands a full investigation into the crime. She appeals for those responsible to be punished, emphasizing that " justice is the only thing that can give me some peace ." According to her, her son "was followed before he was killed," a claim that is expected to be verified by the investigation.

The event becomes even more difficult for the family, as Endri had only recently been engaged. His life was cut short at a moment when a new chapter was beginning, leaving behind a deep pain for his relatives.

We recall that yesterday the Gjirokastra Court imposed the security measure "house arrest" for Aldo Kalemi and Dali Nela, suspected of involvement in the murder of Endri Goxhaj in Memaliaj, an event that occurred on April 21.

The decision was made by the Court of First Instance, which accepted the request of the prosecutor in the case, Aulona Haxhiraj. The two citizens are accused of the criminal offenses of "murder committed in collaboration" and "unlicensed possession of weapons."

Aldo Kalemi was present at the hearing, while Dali Nela was represented by his lawyer, as he remains hospitalized at the "Omer Nishani" hospital in Gjirokastra, following his injury. The hearing was held about 20 minutes late due to the initial absence of the judge and prosecutor.

According to the prosecution, the incident began as a conflict between several people and then escalated with the use of firearms. The investigations are also based on seized footage, while weapons, ammunition, vehicles, motorbikes and mobile phones were found and seized at the scene, which are expected to help in fully clarifying the circumstances.

Meanwhile, work continues to capture the two wanted persons and to identify any other persons involved in the incident.
