Other evidence is revealed from the file of the Prosecutor's Office in charge of Altin Çok, who was arrested as a suspect for "causing suicide", but has a criminal past.
According to the file provided by Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, Çoku, who was arrested after the suicide of 27-year-old Isabela Abedini, was convicted by the former Serious Crimes Court in 2015, after threatening to kill his psychiatrist. GS in 2014.
Çoku was a patient of GZ who served as a neuro-psychiatrist near the Laçi hospital, while the accused had health problems.
In his statements, the doctor explains that he has continuously given money to Choku in different amounts, in a total value of 4 thousand euros, forced due to threats, and he even claimed that the girl was sick. The doctor stated that he was threatened with his life if he did not give him the money, but at the end of the statement he asked that Altini not be prosecuted.
" In the month of June 2014, a citizen named Altin Çoku came to my office and told me that he needed money to treat his oyster, as well as to give it to the lawyer for a case he had. The same thing, apart from directly, he also asked me through the messages for which I gave him before you, where he constantly asked me for money.
I have given this citizen several times lek in different amounts, as I was threatened and scared by citizen Altin Çoku, and because of his mental illness. I have given him several times sums of money in euros. Once I gave him about 1000 euros, because he told me that he had a sick daughter and wanted to operate on her, another time I gave him because he said he would put you in prison, since I was involved in his medical evaluation of the menorrhoea condition.
- The amount that I have given to this citizen is around 4000 euros, which I have given at different times. I gave these to you under his constant pressure and threats, which he made directly to me, and through phone conversations and messages. He also told me that he will disappear and blow up the house.
-...I informed Altini's father, who told me that I have nothing to do, but go and report it to the police. The director of the show Llesh Ndoci and the current director Gazmir Dervishi are also aware.
-...I don't remember the date, but I have to say that I gave him the amount of money he asked for and the total amount was about 4 thousand euros. ... Only Altini and I are aware of the money I gave him. I didn't tell my family about this problem because I didn't want them to worry.
-...I never took money from Altin Çok, I only gave it to him. I have never interfered with anyone to operate. I have not issued any statement to citizen Altin Çoku that I have received money from him. ...I have no other worries and threats from him. After I filed the report, citizen Altin Çoku issued a statement that I do not owe him any kind of debt and that he will not cause me any more problems. ...Under these conditions, I have declared that I do not want the citizen Altin Çoku to be prosecuted for what I have reported after we have clarified with each other" - the file says. / TCH
