The police reacted to today's event in Durrës, where as a result of a conflict, a 46-year-old man was killed in Durrës.
The perpetrator of the crime was put in handcuffs and the knife with which the murder was allegedly committed was seized.
"The services of DVP Durrës, after identifying the author of the event that happened at noon today, in neighborhood no. 4, where the HK citizen, 46 years old, was hit with a cutting tool (knife), who as a result, lost his life while being transported to the hospital, intense controls continued in the area to locate and capture the perpetrator. As a result of the checks, in neighborhood no. 11, Durrës, was captured by the services of the Special Force "Shqiponja" and the suspected perpetrator, citizen IK, 35 years old, who is suspected of suffering from mental illness, was arrested.
Also, the Police services, during the physical check, found the 35-year-old man, the cutting tool (knife) with which he is suspected of committing the murder," the State Police announcement states.
The police have also published the video of the arrest of the perpetrator of the murder.
