The police have handcuffed 2 wanted persons after they burned the excavator of a quarry in the village of Herraj in Zall-Herr.
From the investigative actions carried out, it has emerged that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, for weak motives, on 19.10.2023, in the village of Herraj, burned an excavator worth 150 thousand euros.
' Services of the Police Station No. 5, following the in-depth investigative actions for a burning of a work tool (excavator) that happened on 19.10.2023, in the village of Herraj, after an investigative work followed by special methods, based on police intelligence, they organized and finalized the police operation coded "Ferraj".
As a result, the wanted citizens SH, 28 years old, resident of Ferraj, and L. Xh., 32 years old, resident of Zall Herr, were detained.
From the investigative actions carried out, it has emerged that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, for weak motives, on 19.10.2023, in the village of Herraj, burned a work tool (excavator) worth 150 thousand euros.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions , the police announced.
