The Court of Tirana has set the security measure of arrest and imprisonment for Dervish Hasi.
The court of Tirana has jailed Dervish Hasi, the cardio surgeon, who sexually abused a minor girl, whom he also presented as his fourth wife.
Hasi is accused of "Trafficking of minors" and "Pornography".
Two days ago, the police arrested the 42-year-old man, after allegedly sexually exploiting his underage partner for two years in a row. Hasi has declared that he is a believer, and even had three other partners.
The minor was abused in front of other women, filmed and then the videos were shared in a "WhatsApp" group. The police say that there were four people in that group, without explaining who these four people are who used the videos of the minor.
Now the doctor will be investigated in connection with the serious case of abuse of the minor for more than two years. A number of people are aware of the abuse, including his wives at home, but it is not yet known what measures will be taken against them and the girl's parents.
The latter have told the police that they were aware and that they even knew that he had taken her to have her as the fourth wife at home.
However, the police and the prosecutor's office are said to have moved as soon as the information was received, putting the minor and the doctor of the state hospital of Sanatorium under surveillance, until they intervened and put him in handcuffs.
The materials are already in the hands of the investigative group, while the investigations will continue with the doctor under arrest, who is expected to appear before the Tirana court the next day to be familiar with the measure of personal security.
