From the above-mentioned conversations, it results that the narcotic substance of the plant type "cannabis sativa" that was to be trafficked on the night of August 14, 2023 by the person under investigation Arlind Ismajlukaj, was secured and at least stored by the user of the telephone number registered with "Ffffon ", who took it to the owner of the phone number registered with "Sela", and Arlind Ismajlukaj either took it himself from the latter or sent other people.

As part of the investigative actions, it turns out that the phone number sent by the citizen Arlind Ismajlukaj to the citizen Genti Gjoka, which is used by a person named "Sela", belongs to the citizen Selami Lushkaj, a resident of the village of Dermenas, Fier.
Similarly, from the examination of the photo of the citizen Selami Lushkaj, born on March 5, 1973 in the TIMS system, it appears that the person in question has short, black hair and has the same or similar characteristics as the person in the profile photo. of the WhatsApp social network, registered on Arlindi's phone under the name "Sela".
Likewise, from the conversation conducted on May 22, 2023, by Armando Mema, in the social network "Signal" which he has registered the nickname "TP TP", registered under the name "EZELI", number and profile which turns out to be used at that time by Arlind Ismajlukaj, Arlindi sends Armando a photo in which Arlindi is with another person with a hat, who is the person named "Foni".
Arlindi asks Armando to start Foni's account a bit, and Armando sends her a photo of a notebook with squares with the inscription "Foni 20,000 and 20,000".
From the above, from the content of the conversations, doubts have arisen that the person identified by the name "Foni" in the conversations of the suspected persons, may be a citizen from Vlora who is called "Foni" for short, but who may does he have the name Xenophon or Tryphon, while his features were already known from the photograph.
From the examination of the second phone seized from the citizen Arlind Ismajlukaj, it appears that he had a registered contact with the name "Foni Orikum".
From the conversations exchanged between the two, it turns out that on July 3, 2023, Foni informed Arlindi that he would come to Tirana, since his mother is in the hospital in intensive care

Similarly, from the examination of conversations on the social network ëhatsapp on the seized phone of the citizen Arlind Ismajlukaj, it appears that in this social network he also has the name "VLVL. From the exchange of conversations, it turns out that on June 29, 2023, the interlocutor asks Arlind for a sum of money, since his mother is in the hospital.
