The images from the last moments of the life of 39-year-old Alma Arrazi and three minor children have been published.
The film footage was recorded just a few minutes after the mother of three children produced one of the most serious events recorded in Albanian criminalistics.
In two videos provided by the journalist Elton Qyno, a clear picture and an Olympic calm is given that the mother and the three minor children had.
As can be seen in the footage, Alma Arrazi leaves the premises of a bar located at the entrance to the Bicycle Park. It is 20:10 and Alma is in the company of her three children and her sister-in-law, who is also with a young child.
Alma greets her sister-in-law, takes the hand of the little boy, the girl, and is followed by the third child, the big girl.
While Alma's sister-in-law, for a moment stands in the middle of the bicycle promenade, talks to someone on the phone while writing, and then grabs the girl's hand and leaves in the opposite direction, leaving the monitoring range of the cameras.
While in the second video, at around 20:21, Alma Arrazi appears on the sidewalk with her children, on the road that leads to the old "Ura e Buna", in the direction of the "Church of Our Lady", Shkodër.
This is believed to be the moment that Alma Arrazi saw her husband in the car with his girlfriend.
Just when she went over the Buna bridge, Alma Arrazi took her three children and threw them into the Buna river and then jumped herself.
For this serious incident, the police and the prosecutor's office of Tirana have arrested the husband of Alma Arrazi, the citizen Erdgys Arrazi, who has been imprisoned for the charge of "causing suicide" and "domestic violence".
It was a fisherman in the area who first found the body of one of the faizas and notified the police. After the mobilization of the police, the other three drowned bodies were then found.
The event shocked public opinion and brought a civic reaction in Shkodër, where parents, students and citizens of Shkodër paid homage precisely at Urra e Buna, where Alma Arrazi ended her life together with her three minor children./ Ora
