The two people arrested with remote-controlled mines in Lezhë and Rrëshen will remain in prison indefinitely.
Marjan Gjoka, a 28-year-old resident of Rubik's Ring and Ilir Gjoka, a 45-year-old resident of Lezhë, were introduced to the security measures at the Court of Lezhë.
In the court sessions held one after the other, judge Renis Sheshi accepted the request of the prosecution, declaring the arrest of two persons to be legal and imposed on them the security measure of "arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses of "Unauthorized possession of weapons, weapons explosives and ammunition" for citizens Marjan Gjoka and Ilir Gjoka.

While one day Ilir Gjoka was handcuffed in the city of Lezha, where during the search, 3 remote-controlled mines with C4 explosives were found on his body, for remote detonation. From the investigative actions so far, it appears that these people supplied the criminal groups with explosives by remote control.
