It is learned that Kristo Balkoni, 31 years old, a resident of Saranda, was allegedly hit in the face with a pistol butt.
The young man was urgently transported to the Saranda hospital, where he received first aid due to facial injuries. Since midnight, the police have started investigating the serious incident and are collecting video footage in order to identify the perpetrators.
