A serious event shook the city of Shkodër this morning.
The mother and her 3 children have been missing for 3 days and one of the children was found by a fisherman in the waters of the Drin River.
Meanwhile, it is suspected that the other two children and the mother, citizen Alma Arrazi, have lost their lives.
Polumbari are in Shkodër searching for the bodies of three other people. The police detained the husband, citizen Ergys Arrazi, who had previously told the police that he had lost contact with his family.
The child who was found by the fisherman randomly the day before is suspected to have signs of damage to the face. The minor children are two girls and a boy aged 9, 6 and 4.
The reasons for this event are still unclear, while the police and the prosecutor's office have started investigations by interrogating family members of the citizen Alma Arrazi and her husband detained by the police if they know about the event and the reasons that led the mother and her 3 children to drown in the waters of the river Drin.
