This Tuesday was a black day for the city of Shkodra. Three elderly people lost their lives as a result of road accidents.
The police, through a statement, announced that they have arrested 3 young people who, due to irresponsibility behind the wheel, have taken 3 lives. What is striking is that 2 of them are women.
According to the police, Klevis Duka, 28 years old, was arrested after this citizen, while driving his vehicle, collided with the driver, citizen Burhan Triepshi, 84 years old, on the Shkodra-Koplik road. He lost his life at the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
Elda Molika, 35 years old, a resident of Shiroka, was also arrested. On the Shiroka-Shkodra road, this citizen, while driving her vehicle, hit citizen Sait Rraboshta, 70 years old, who was riding a bicycle, who lost his life at the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
Ledina Bushataj, 24 years old, was also arrested, after today on the Shkodra-Koplik road, this citizen, while driving her vehicle, collided with the motorcycle of the driver, citizen Ahmet Xhaka, 70 years old, who lost his life at the Shkodra Regional Hospital.
