A serious accident happened around 4:50 on the road axis "Pogradec-Qafë Thane" near the village of Memëlisht.
The "Benz" type vehicle with driver DY, 46 years old, collided with the "Citroen" type vehicle with driver YM, 58 years old.
As a result, the driver of the "Citroen" type vehicle, 58-year-old YM, who is out of danger for life, and citizen FZ, 80 years old, resident of the village of Çetë, Devoll, a passenger in this vehicle, who died as a result, were injured.
The preliminary cause of the accident is suspected to have been crossing into the other lane of the road, not keeping the right side of the road, on the part of the driver of the "Benz" type vehicle, citizen DY
Further procedural actions are being carried out with the vehicle drivers.
The investigative team is working to fully clarify the circumstances of the accident.
