According to the decision of the Special Court, Hamdi Dyli, who had leased the land with a contract of 20,000 new leks per month, is involved in illegal activity. In some of the conversations, he expresses concern to the members of the group that there are other people who know about the cultivation of cannabis.
While the people who worked in the greenhouses and dealt with all the work informed Sated Hasaj and his trustees from Malsia e Madhe about the performance of the work. Hamdi Dyli and Xuliano Hoxha are also involved in providing food for the women who worked in the greenhouses.
