Three young men have been investigated by the police after they punched and kicked a 16-year-old boy yesterday evening.
The young people identified with the initials KH, 19 years old, EH, 19 years old and KP, 21 years old, had a conflict with the minor outside a bar in the "Qemal Stafa" neighborhood, for weak motives.
Also, a 20-year-old man, who worked as a waiter in this bar, has been put under investigation. The 20-year-old identified with the initials HG had a physical conflict with an 18-year-old outside the bar.
According to the police, even the owner of the bar, identified with the initials AQ, 54 years old, has been criminally prosecuted as it is suspected that underage citizens have consumed alcohol in the premises of his bar.

Following the investigative actions, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings were initiated in a free state also for the citizen AQ, 54 years old, the owner of the bar, as it is suspected that minor citizens have consumed alcohol in the premises of his bar, the police informs.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
