Journalist Eni Ferhati has shown details of the extradition of the citizen Arben Lamçja, accused by SPAK of providing the conditions for the murder of Nuredin Duman at the expense of Franc Çopjas.
According to him, Lamçe was able to organize together with another person the whole scheme of how to assassinate Duman, providing the necessary means.
"The name of Arben Lamçe is an underground name of the world of crime, unexposed until these moments. His connections and criminal activity were not known. He had undertaken to execute one of the most notorious killers of the underworld in Albania, Nuredin Duman. It was discovered by communications through SKYECC. The Çopja brothers were interested in his elimination and contacted the 50-year-old, who, in cooperation with another person, provided tools that would be used for his execution about 4 years ago ," the journalist told "Euronews Albania".
According to him, it is about the period October-November 2020, when SKYECC was operational and had not yet been discovered by the Belgian and French authorities, under the coordination of Europol.
We recall that Lamçja was arrested a short time ago in Kosovo, while he has been sentenced to prison for several serious criminal offences: from that of providing the conditions to commit murder, criminal organization, money laundering and committing crimes in within the criminal organization and structured group.
