The police have arrested a 34-year-old man, who during a conflict for weak motives, hit his cousin with a hard tool (fork).
The injured 42-year-old is in the hospital out of danger for his life and has been granted a protection order.
"He hit his cousin with a strong tool, during a momentary conflict, he was caught red-handed and the 34-year-old was arrested.
The services of the Kuka Police Station, after receiving the notification that a conflict between two citizens was taking place in the village of Brekije, immediately went to the scene to prevent the conflict from escalating. As a result of quick actions, the citizen was caught red-handed and arrested:
The 34-year-old is a resident of the village of Brekije.
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the citizen RZ, during a conflict for weak motives, hit his cousin, a 42-year-old citizen, resident of the village of Brekije, who is out of danger for life, with a hard tool (fork). Citizen SZ was provided with a protection order.
The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Kukës, for further actions," the police announced.
