"I was about to go outside when a man suddenly entered my business and shouted: 'Call an ambulance.' There were traces of blood in the corridor. Emergency services arrived very quickly and found an injured person in a residence. The fire department was called to get the man out of the apartment with a stairlift," said the witness.
