Three Albanian brothers have been sentenced to 115 years in prison by the Court of Appeal in Thessaloniki, Greece, for robbing pedestrians.

It is about three Albanians between the ages of 21 and 24, who were found guilty of all the accused acts and sentenced to a total of 47.5, 39 and 28.5 years in prison.

In addition to heavy punishments, fines were also applied to them, the highest being 82,000 euros.

In the Greek indictment, it is said that Albanians stopped pedestrians on the street and robbed them of money, pendants, phones and other valuables. To carry out the robbery, they also used violence against pedestrians.

Investigators have documented more than 10 robberies and thefts by the Albanian brothers. Two of them pleaded guilty, while the third brother did not appear in court and was represented by a lawyer.

The three will already serve the rest of the sentence after being in custody./Protothema
