34-year-old Altin Shehu, who was internationally wanted for the criminal offense of "Murder", has been extradited from the United Kingdom.
According to the police announcement, the North Kent Court, in the United Kingdom, with the decision dated January 15, 2026, had assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison".
The 34-year-old was extradited to Albania as part of international cooperation between Albanian and British law enforcement authorities.
Authorities have not yet made public any further details regarding the incident for which Shehu is accused, while he will be made available to the justice authorities for the continuation of legal procedures.
