The Vlora Court has confirmed the security measure "prison arrest" for Eris Mehmetaj, accused of providing conditions for the murder of Renato Hoxhaj on April 27 in Vlora.
His arrest was carried out 1 day after the incident, it is known that the young man had an active role in the crime. According to the police, Eris Mehmetaj gave the perpetrator of the incident the use of his car, after which the latter removed the license plates.
Police intelligence reveals the owner of the vehicle, but investigators are still searching for the car, which is believed to be hidden in a service area and to have been dismantled.
The only person detained at the police station denied any connection to the incident, but did not provide many details.
