The Tirana court has left Roland Ahmetsulaj in prison, arrested as part of the investigation into the murder of Erion Çela in "Don Bosco" and the wounding of citizens Blerim Çela, Edmond Crroj, Arben Dani and Azbi Selimaj.
"I have nothing to do with the incident. Two days before the murder, I had a conversation with Kevin Suchi about fixing the car. He took me for the car whether it was fixed or not", said the young man in front of the court.
The police said that there were many communications during the time when the incident occurred, but according to Ahmetsulaj's lawyer, the latter's business is only 700 m from the scene and that there were communications only for work. Even the associates of justice Indrit Gentjan Beqiraj, have not mentioned the name of his client according to the lawyer.
According to the investigations, the citizen Kasandre Noga, in cooperation with the citizen Kevin Zeneli (Suçi), held meetings and conversations, secured and gave monetary sums, with the aim of killing the citizen Geron Hasanbelliu, but the target was confused by executing Erion Çela by mistake, wounding 4 others. .
According to the police, Ahmetsulaj helped Kevin Zeneli and the two perpetrators to provide information on their targets. Ahmetsulaj admitted to the police that he knew Zeneli, but not that he was involved in the crime.
From the analysis of telephone data, it appears that Ahmetsulaj, on the day of the event, was near the place of the event, and communicated with the citizen Kevin Zeneli (Suçi). He has been dealing with car service for years, where his workplace is located only 1 km from the place where the serious incident was recorded.
The investigators have doubts that taking advantage of this short distance, the 37-year-old is suspected of giving information to the wanted person Kevin Zeneli Suci.
The police are also verifying whether Roland Ahmetsulaj knows about the location of the Benz car that the perpetrators were driving on the day of the incident. Until now, from the verifications, it has not been possible to discover this car
