One day after the failed assassination attempt on "Don Bosco" street in Tirana, the police have identified and declared the suspected perpetrator Andrea Bregasi wanted.
The police offer a 5,000-euro reward to anyone who provides information about the perpetrator.
The 31-year-old is reported to have shot six times with a gun at the vehicle where Rudolf Zefi was traveling, along with two other people, yesterday morning.
"Regarding the incident that happened yesterday, on 14.12.2023, around 06:50, on the "Don Bosco" street, where a person walking alone shot several times with a pistol at driving the "Benz" vehicle, with driver R. Z., and passengers citizens R. Z., and R. Z., we inform you that:
Structures of DVP Tirana, Sector for the Investigation of Serious Crimes, in cooperation with Police Station No. 3, after carrying out in-depth investigative actions, and the information received by the police intelligence, made it possible to identify and announce the wanted author of the event, citizen Andrea Bregasi, born 09.12.1992, resident in Tirana.
DVP Tirana invites citizens to provide information about the author of this event and offers a reward of 5,000 euros for any valuable information that will lead to the capture of the author.
The Tirana Local Police Directorate places at the disposal of citizens, the telephone number 0694111546, guaranteeing the complete anonymity of every caller, the police informs.
