A fight between two people has precipitated the use of cold weapons. Dibra police arrested 32-year-old Jorgo Koltraka, who is suspected of being the perpetrator of the knife wound to the head of a 25-year-old man.
"The services of the Serious Crimes Investigation Section at the Dibër Police Department and those of the Dibër Police Commissariat, immediately after receiving the notification of a conflict between two citizens in the city of Peshkopia, have organized the work with the aim of clarifying the circumstances of this case.
As a result of rapid operational actions, it was possible to capture and arrest in flagrante delicto citizen JK, 32 years old, resident of Peshkopi.
From the investigative actions, it is suspected that the 32-year-old, in the premises of the former flour factory in the city of Peshkopia, after a momentary conflict, for weak motives, has struck with a sharp instrument and caused injuries to the head, citizen SB, 25 years old, resident of Peshkopia, who is in the hospital, under the care of doctors.
"The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Dibër, for further action," the police announced.
