Two people have been arrested by the Vlora Police after it is suspected that they took a person hostage and exercised physical violence against him yesterday evening.
According to preliminary information, the incident occurred in the city of Vlora, and the police have arrested two people around the age of 30.
According to the police, the reason for the hostage-taking is suspected to be a sum of money that the hostage-taker owed the suspected perpetrators, however, the value of the monetary amount is still unknown.
