An 18-year-old fell into the hands of the Durrës police after he set fire to the door of his sister's ex-father-in-law's apartment.
The blue uniforms indicate that Muaozu Ndreaj is arrested, while his brother, Ibrahim Ndreaj, is wanted. The latter verbally threatened the 61-year-old for his life and not to report the crime.
The spread of the flames caused material damage and endangered the lives of the residents of the building where the 61-year-old lived. So, as material evidence, clothes used by the young people during the commission of the crime, a plastic can containing fuel (gasoline) and a mobile phone were seized.
"He set fire to the door of a 61-year-old's apartment, due to the breakdown of a previous family relationship between them, the 18-year-old was caught and put in handcuffs. The brother of the arrested person is wanted, as he threatened 61- year-old, for life and not to report. Clothes used during the crime, a plastic canister of fuel and a mobile phone are seized.
The Crime Investigation Specialists of the Durrës Police Station, immediately after receiving the report about a case of intentional damage to the door of a citizen's apartment, due to a conflict between him and the suspected perpetrators, organized the work with the aim of fully elucidating the circumstances of the case and arresting those responsible.
From the quick investigative and procedural actions carried out and as a result of the coded police operation "Identification", the MN citizen, 18 years old, resident of Durrës, was caught and imprisoned, as it is suspected that due to a previous conflict between them , set fire to the door of a 61-year-old man's apartment (his sister's former father-in-law). The spread of the flames caused material damage and endangered the lives of the residents of the building where the 61-year-old lived.
Also for this case, the Police services announced the wanted brother of the 18-year-old, a citizen of IN, 22 years old, a resident of Durrës, as it is suspected that through his mobile phone, he threatened the 61-year-old with words, for his life and not to report. The work for the capture of this citizen continues. As material evidence, clothes used by these citizens, during the commission of the crime, a plastic can containing fuel (gasoline) and a mobile phone were seized. The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durrës, for further actions," the police announced.
