It was the grandmother who, accompanied by a lawyer, handed the child over to the police.
The mother reported the case to the authorities on April 16.
In connection with the case, the grandfather of the three-year-old and one of the grandmother's brothers were arrested, while the grandmother and one of her brothers were wanted.
To the police, the grandfather refused to give details about the grandson's whereabouts.
