Nuredin Dumani has given his next testimony at the Court Against Organized Crime and Corruption, while he has recounted details regarding his acquaintances with 'Krymi' (Erion Alibej), but also his conversations with Suel Çela.
" I met Alibey in 2020. I always met him at his house. Initially, Elio Bitri made me aware of him, who told me that Alibey was interested in me. We met several times with Bitri.
He told me that Erion Alibej thought I had attacked him. I denied it, as I had nothing to do with this matter. Being sure of this and of my brother, I asked for a meeting. Elio was communicating with Arjan Spahiu, who was not in Albania at the time.
"One night, Elio asked me for a meeting. He came and picked me up. Together we met Arjan Spahiu, who gave me a physical check-up, as we were going to meet a friend of his. With a Mercedes we went to a palace, where I met Erion Alibej ," Dumani declared.
" After the conflict I had with Talo Çela and Altin Ndoci, I wanted them to be killed, but not by our hands. This interested me, since Altin Ndoci had tried to kill my brother, but his gun jammed. I wanted to help him eliminate them, not kill them myself. After we met, I decided to help him ," he continued.
He added: "After I learned that Alibej was investigating Talo Çela and I had a conversation with Fatmir Troplini, we decided that we would strike in Durrës.
I had been watching Dorian Shkoza's movements. I noticed that he was following me in different cars. Franc and Hajdar Çopja were not there. Kel Kamami was not there.
