A 35-year-old Albanian man was arrested by the Italian police in a village in the municipality of Predaia.
During the routine police checks, the 35-year-old man who was walking gave them an Albanian passport with a travel permit to Italy.
However, as a result of the doubts that the carabinieri had, during the control of his passport photo, it turned out that the 35-year-old had used 4 different identities when he was stopped the other times.
He was arrested in 2017 by the police on the Italian-French border for property crimes and deported to Albania.
But despite this, the Albanian, using a passport with a forged identity, returned to Italy again when the 10-year terms after the expulsion from Italy had not been fulfilled.
He will now have to serve a 9-month prison sentence for violating immigration law after being deported from an EU country.
During the search of the apartment where he was staying with several other Albanians, the police found small amounts of cannabis.
