Those arrested are accused of money laundering, structured criminal group, drug trafficking, providing conditions to commit murder, abuse of office and supporting the perpetrator of the crime. It is learned that their arrest came after the conversations in "SKY ECC" were discovered.

According to the SPAK file, in a case of cocaine trafficking from South America to the Netherlands, Eralbi Breçani, Ismail Zeneli and Besmir Murtati each have 10 kg of cocaine, which was seized by the police at the port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. There is also another person in the conversation, who has not yet been identified by the Prosecutor's Office.

These people also tried to traffic a quantity of cocaine from South America to the port of Valencia in Spain, but this time the narcotic substance was caught by the law enforcement agencies. In this case, Artan Sulejmani also appears on stage, who has the role of the collaborator.

According to SPAK, Ismail Zeneli is the host of the narcotic substance, and the person responsible for its removal from the port, Artan Suleimani, Ismail Zeneli's associate, co-owner of 20 kg in the ordered load. Eralbi Breçani and Besmir Murtati are financiers as well as beneficiaries of the illegal activity.
