The Italian police have arrested a 42-year-old man of Albanian origin, against whom an arrest warrant was issued by the Belgian authorities.
The Albanian is accused of being part of a criminal organization that mainly dealt with drug trafficking.
According to what the media reports, the Belgian authorities seized 100 kilograms of cocaine and Speed (a mixture of caffeine and amphetamines) and 265 thousand euros in cash from the group to which the Albanian belonged.
The group was also found with weapons, Dutch police uniforms, bulletproof vests and chemical substances: further demonstrating the dangerousness and preparation of the gang in question.
