The following is the saga of the wiretapping of the criminal group that fell into SPAK's network, where through the "Sky" application they communicated about cocaine trafficking, plans for murder, laundering accounts and more.
After the analysis of various episodes in the SPAK file, Ervin Mata comes to light. The conversations were broken down by the "Sky" application in September 2020. He speaks in a chat group with the code GS4TDD, where he talks about the trafficking of an amount of 250 kg of cocaine from Brazil to Frankfurt airport. Mata tells the group that the amount has been seized at the airport and expects the news to appear in the newspaper tomorrow.

Old man, write me when you have the chance" - these are the messages that Ervin Mata sent to Ergys Dashi with the code (D**p). The latter was killed in Ecuador.
Mata also communicates with (D**p) about sums of money, which she is required to receive in Albania, where she shows that she also has large sums of money in the Netherlands, which are suspected to be the source of illegal drug trafficking activity.
On 21st September 202 Ervin Mata using GS4TD on Sky, texts (D***p), ”
"Except in Albania, I want lek. Spend 1 million in the Netherlands if you want. He is waiting for me with a shower. To talk and spend the money today... don't lose your mind", says Mata.
Ervin Mata also communicates with Eralbi Breçan, the son of Erzen Breçan, where he talks about drug trafficking. Ervin Mata and Erlabi Breçani have family ties, as the latter has Mata's sister as his partner.
On August 10, 2020, he sends this message to Eralb:
"I want everything transparent with me... That's how much I want.... You understood when it was long with 27, I gave you with 23 in Valencia, you told me 12... And we talk together... I want you to believe me in what I say... With the floor, I'll make it 600. Don't worry, I'll do it all myself. I want you to believe when I speak....Don't believe what others say.... Ok brother. And on the way out, tell me to go to security if you have a loss... ok", says Ervin Mata's intercepts, sent to Breçan.
In the SPAK file, it is stated that Eralbi Breçani started the trafficking activity and it is suspected that in at least two cases, he carried it out in cooperation with other people. Even in relation to the Chat groups, where Ervin Mata participates, there are doubts that the participants are there for the purpose of committing criminal offenses. These suspicions, says SPAK, are also based on the communications of Ervin Mata, where he shows that a quantity of 240 kg fell to him in Frankfurt, where "fallen" refers to the seizure by the German authorities.
