"Citizen Dedan Gjoni, not having access to the Interpol system, has informed him that he will do the required verification, but not himself, through an acquaintance of his who works in the Interpol office. The name of Dritan Rexhepi, whom Dedan Gjoni refers to in conversation as "Vlonjati", is suspected to be among the persons who have asked for verification.
