The murder of two brothers, Edmond and Albert Nela, was planned to be carried out in Kosovo or Albania, precisely by Nuredin Dumani and his attack group.
In the investigative file provided by "Ora News", it is clear how Bujar Gërmizi, who owns two hydropower plants in Kukës, police officer Dedan Gjoni, Ismail Zeneli, Artan Sulejmani and other persons, are committed to finding the location of relatives of the two Nela brothers.
Bujar Gërmizi's wife also becomes part of the group to search for the location of the Nela brothers, who, while talking to Ismail Zeneli, tells him that:
" ...sleep, my friend, because I'm taking my daughter-in-law and she'll find my addresses... because she's tired of these addresses. He took her in his car and left... ."
Their sister Silvi Nela is followed and monitored, even when she drives out with a scarf on her head, from the Morina border point in Kukës.
Bujar Gërmizi in Kukës is informed about everything, who also gives instructions on how to act. While Bujar Gërmizi, traveled to Kosovo, passing the photos of the two brothers to Nuredin Duman. The transfer of photos was carried out through "Sky" in the "Alcatraz" code used by Dumani.
It is about the code "XNLTTP" that Dumani talked about murder with Bujar Gërmizin and Bardhyl Mavraj alias Bajri, with the aim of killing Dorian Duli.
Surprisingly, in both cases, as in the case of Dorjan Duli's plan but also in the case of the plan to kill the two Nela brothers, SPAK has not imposed security measures against Nuredin Duman.
The scheme was clear, someone gathered information and someone else, who in this case was Nuredin Dumani, was contracted to do the paid murder of the two Nela brothers.
But in this file, another name appears, that this group has planned to kill, that of a person who goes by the nickname "Qomi", who is described as "bearded" and is from Durrës.
While the person who demanded the murder of the two brothers was Ismail Zeneli. In 2020, citizen Ismail Zeneli alias Luan Sadria communicated with Bujar Ajeti alias Bujar Gjermizi.
From the conversations, it is suspected that Ismail Zeneli was interested in finding and killing the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela, with the aim of revenge for the murder of his brother Xhem Krasniqi alias Guximtar Sadria and for the realization of the criminal purpose he contacted Bujar Ajeti.
Ismail Zeneli, has held several meetings with Bujar Ajeti in Albania and has also carried out several actions in order to identify the apartment of the Nela brothers. Through Artan Sulejmani, he established contact with police officer Dedan Gjoni, identified as user DMI6CF, with whom he contacted and through him managed to find addresses and vehicles from the State Police system for the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela.
The taking of addresses and photos from the TIMS system was carried out exactly from the work office of Dedan Gjon in Elbasan, during the time when he served in this police department.
" ...it turns out that on February 9, 2021, Ismail Zeneli and Bujar Ajeti went to Elbasan to meet with DMI6CF user Dedan Gjon, who during this period was employed by the Elbasan Local Police Directorate.
Ismail Zeneli entered the premises of the Elbasan Local Police Directorate in Dedan Gjon's office and received information from the TIMS and E-Gjoba systems regarding the brothers Albert and Edmond Nela...", the investigation file states .
Meanwhile, on February 13, 2021, at 03:23:14, Ismail Zeneli communicates with Bujar Gërmizin. After greeting each other, Gërmizi tells him that the sister of the Nela brothers, Silvi Nela, was in Kukës on the day that Ismaili and Bujari separated, which is suspected to be February 9, 2021, the day before Ilmail Zeneli left Albania.
Bujar Ajeti explains that Silvi Nela was in Kukës in a red Citroen car and that she crossed the border with a scarf on her head, and her aunt's son, whose name is not mentioned, took her to cross the border.
They discuss how to track Silvi Nela, discussing whether they will put a GPS device on her or follow her. Bujar Ajeti asks to be followed and to place a guard behind him to tell the house where he is.
He even tells in the conversation that a friend of his has met Silvi Nela and hopes that he will give Bujar information about her movements.
"... from the verifications in the TIMS system, also referring to the conversations, it results that Silvi Beqir Nela traveled on February 10, 2021 from the Morin Border Crossing Point towards Kosovo with vehicle AA892IA together with Mirgena Veseli.
In the conversation it is mentioned that she traveled with a headscarf, and in the picture of the TIMS system, Silvi Nela has a picture, in which she wears a headscarf like those worn by believers of the Muslim religion.
From the verifications carried out up to these moments, it is suspected that Mirgena Veseli is the daughter of Silvi Nela's aunt ..." - it is said in the prosecutor's file.
Just one day after Silvi Nela's trip to Kosovo, on February 14, 2021, Valentine's Day, Ismail Zeneli talks to Bujar Gërmizin. The latter tells him that together with his wife he searched for the addresses of Nela's two brothers, a conversation he also told her on February 13.
" ...sleep, my friend, because I'm taking my daughter-in-law and she'll find my addresses...because she's tired of these addresses. He took her in his own car and left... "- says Bujar Gërmizi to Ismail Zenelit.
On February 17, 2021, Ismaili sends Bujar Gërmizi the photograph of Edmond Nela. Gërmizi, these pictures from the TIMS system for the brothers Edmond and Albert Nela, as well as the picture from the E-Gjoba system for the vehicle with license plate AB021AE, has been sent to the user of XNLTTP, which turns out to be Nuredin Dumani.
Gërmizi communicates with Ismail Zeneli and tells him that he distributed the photos of the brothers to some of his friends, where he previously sent the photos to Nuredin Duman.
They had the conversation:
Gërmizi : How are you... O friend?
Zeneli : Good friend, let's go...Here's non-stop work, friend.
Germizi : It's been three days since I came to meet these friends.... I shared their photos... They have them on the phone.
Zeneli : Well, show me the picture of the beard... Yes, you saw it...
Gërmizi : Yes, yes... Both...
Zeneli : How are you sleeping?
Gërmizi : Both...Yes...Quiet..."
Subsequently, Bujar Gërmizi sends Zeneli photographs taken by TIMS of citizens Edmond Nela and Albert Nela./ OraNews
