The Section of Illegal Traffic and Narcotics in DVP Vlora, in cooperation with the services of the Himar Police Station, following successive operations with a focus on preventing, identifying and cracking down on criminal activities in the field of narcotics, based on the information provided by the intelligence informative that some citizens who were part of a festive activity taking place in the coastal area of Dhërmi, carried out the criminal activity of distributing narcotics in doses, have organized and finalized the police operation coded "Parts 4", as a result of which they were arrested citizens in flagrante delicto:
- EH, 30 years old, Xh. B., 27 years old and KH, 19 years old, all three residents of Tirana.
