The Minister of Justice warns that in cooperation with SPAK, other convicts will be subject to this regime.
The member of the "Banda e Babagjyshave", Albert Kupa, is isolated in a cell. The order was given by the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, as there are suspicions that Kupa maintained contacts abroad to continue criminal activities.
Albert Kupa (alias Ilir Kupa), is serving a sentence for 6 different criminal offenses in Peqin prison. After this order, he will be transferred to the special regime "41/bis".
The Minister of Justice warns that in cooperation with SPAK, other convicts will be subject to this regime.
" We are determined to guarantee order and security in all prisons of the country, and any convict who breaks the prison regulations, or commits criminal offenses in prison by violating the order and security in IEVP, will be subject to this regime according to the law" , Manja stated.
In 2014-2015, this citizen was involved in the criminal activity of the "Santa Clauses" group, participating in several thefts/robberies, as well as giving percentage monetary values. Also, he was a person declared internationally wanted by the Greek state.
